Lauren DeLong, Managing Partner
Lauren has fifteen years of strategic online marketing and IT experience. Lauren has worked with Leverage Software over the past four years to provide strategic services and support helping companies like The Home Depot, St. Jude Medical, L’Oreal, Hilton Hotels and others as a way to improve their employee communication by creating private social business networks. Upon founding Inner Circle Communities, Lauren designed and launched a new global executive community with WITI. WITI, is the largest professional association for tech savvy women in the world with 114,000 registered users. She held service and sales positions within CIO magazine’s Executive Council helping to build an online community offering a professionally facilitated peer advisory service to over 500 CIOs in less than 3 years. She also was an Account Executive at AMR Research managing supply chain advisory services and executive peer communities. As Sales Director at Kaon Interactive, she managed the custom 3D interactive solutions for Bose in the introduction of both the Porsche Cayenne and the reintroduction of the Nissan “Z”.

She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
