Who Else Wants Downloadable Online Community Guidelines

Patrick O’Keefe has managed a ton of online discussion forums. I recently read his book, Managing Online Forums: Everything You Need to Know to Create and Run Successful Community Discussion Boards, and I would recommend the book as well as the following downloadable templates:

• User Guidelines: types of behavior and participation allowed or not allowed.
• Staff Member Guidelines: outlines responsibilities of staff members, helpful when you begin to recruit more moderators.
• Contact templates: ready to go messages if you need to "bounce" a user, nice to have some ready to go just in case.

You may have great guidelines of your own, but the his templates might spark an idea or two for the future.
